Text messages from Ligou

Effective October 15, 2026.

Ligou answers the phone for small service businesses. When you call one of them and Ligou books an appointment or takes a request for you, Ligou can text you about it. Texts come from Ligou's own number, +1 (510) 544-6176, on behalf of the business you called, and start with "Ligou for" and the business's name. Ligou is operated by RSM Venture Group LLC.

What we text

Only updates about the appointment or request you made on the call: when it is confirmed, moved or cancelled, when it could not be confirmed, and when a request is approved or declined. Ligou does not send marketing texts.

How you agree: on the call

You opt in only by saying yes on the call. Before texting you, Ligou asks:

“Can Ligou text you about this appointment for [business name]? It's usually one or two texts, like the confirmation and any change. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. It's optional, and saying no doesn't change your appointment.”

Ligou asks in the language of the call. In Spanish: “¿Ligou puede enviarle mensajes de texto sobre esta cita con [nombre de la empresa]? Normalmente son uno o dos mensajes, como la confirmación y cualquier cambio. Pueden aplicarse tarifas de mensajes y datos. Responda STOP para cancelar o HELP para obtener ayuda. Es opcional, y si dice que no, su cita no cambia.” In Portuguese: “O Ligou pode te mandar mensagens de texto sobre este agendamento com [nome da empresa]? Normalmente são uma ou duas mensagens, como a confirmação e alguma mudança. Pode haver cobrança de mensagens e dados. Responda STOP para cancelar ou HELP para ajuda. É opcional, e se disser não, o seu agendamento não muda.”

If you say yes, Ligou records your consent with the time, your number and the call. If you say no, nothing changes in your appointment or request.

Program terms

• Frequency: usually 1–2 messages per appointment or request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts from this number. You will get one message confirming it, and no more texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or write to suporte@ligou.ai.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.

Sample messages
